NEW BENCHING RULE AT BO19

Since the first Berlin Open in 1994 it has always been difficult to find bench staff. In the last few years we set up the game schedule and bench schedule together and printed it out on a big banner. Each team had to bench a few times. Sometimes it was a little confusing to find out where and when to play or manage the bench.

We will do it differently this year. Every day, the first bench on each field will be done by BLAX. All the following games will be done by the players.

Before the draw/faceoff you have to send your best "stone, scissors, paper" player. They play best of three series. The loser has to stay at the field for the following game and manage the bench.

We will evaluate the "stone, scissors, paper" score for some extra award, so try to get better!
